Consuming radish in winter is good for health. It has anti-bacterial properties. Which gives relief in cold and cough. It should be consumed during the day itself. By consuming it, there is relief in diseases like kidneys, lungs, stones, anemia, jaundice. Consuming raw radish also provides relief in the problem of acidity.

There are many benefits from its consumption, but according to Ayurveda, some things should not be consumed with radish even after forgetting because the wrong combination can lead to allergies and serious illness. So let's know what should not be eaten with radish such as-

Milk - Radish and milk should not be consumed even by forgetting. This increases the risk of skin diseases. Do not consume milk immediately after consuming radish. Or do not consume radish after milk. By doing this, there is an effect of cold and hot on the body. Radish is hot and milk is cold. Which can lead to indigestion. The digestive system may deteriorate. Never forget to take other salty things with milk.

Orange - One should not forget to consume orange with radish. This seriously harms health. Consuming together can cause stomach problems and can invite other diseases. Consuming both together is considered poison.

Bitter gourd - Bitter gourd is also a vegetable and radish too. But consuming these two together is prohibited. The natural ingredients of these two are different from each other. Which can have a bad effect on your body. If consumed together, you may also have breathing problems. Also, if you are a heart patient, then it can cause even more danger.
